Shop Policies


Visa, MasterCard, Amex, all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay are all forms of accepted payment. 

Customized payment plans are available for items priced over $250. If you would like to set up a payment plan, please contact me directly to set up custom payments.


You may cancel your order within 2 days for a full refund. After 2 days your order is subject to a 25% labor and material fee. After 7 days cancellation requests are handled on a case to case basis. Most orders can not be canceled after 7 days. 

All orders valued over $250, are shipped FOR FREE with USPS priority 1-3 day with signature required, and replacement insurance*. Shipping carrier options and upgrades can be selected at checkout. 

Please note: PRODUCTION TIME is separate from SHIPPING SPEED. Your made-to-order item will always take 3-6 weeks to create, and then ships at the speed, or carrier you select.


If you have a special deadline, I do offer rushed service for a fee.  Please contact me before, or immediately after purchase, to be sure I can make your exact piece in the timeframe needed.

*Replacement insurance: if your item is lost in transit, I will take all action to file claims, and replace the piece for you at full value. This service is provided as a standard with all shipments. If you would like to upgrade to "full value" insurance, please notify me, and I will get you a quote. With full value insurance, if the item is lost in transit, you make the claim with the carrier, and receive a cash refund once approved. Please be sure to read the carriers policy for insured parcels. All shipping carriers are a separate business from mossNstone. 




I recommend UPS or other carrier upgrades for international orders. See rates at checkout.  Once your ring is complete, most international orders deliver within 7 days. All pieces are shipped with replacement insurance*. If you would like full value insurance, please contact me for rates. mossNstone, or the shop owner is not responsible for unexpected delays at customs. 

mossNstone or the shop owner, is not responsible for the business of USPS, UPS,  or any other carrier. Please review carrier policies and coverage, this is a separate business from mossNstone.

Should there be an issue of any kind, I will do everything I can to help, so please contact me if needed.

Returns and Exchanges

"Ready-to-Ship" items are returnable for a refund prior to sizing. You must notify me within 3 days of receiving item to receive an approval for a return. The unworn item must be shipped back to the return address provided within 7 days of receipt. Because rings can only be sized a limited number of times, and limited range, once this ring is sized for you, it is no longer eligible for a return. If you would like to review the item, I recommend ordering the current size, and I will gladly re-size for you later at no cost, other than return shipping. After the item is received by the buyer and 3 days have passed, the sale is not eligible for a return. Item must be unworn and unaltered from original state to receive a refund. Buyer is responsible for return postage, and original shipping costs are not refundable. Refunds will only be submitted once returned merchandise is received in original condition.

Customized and "made to order" Most made to order items are not returnable. Please look over all photos, details, measurements, and please contact me if you have any questions at all prior to purchasing. 

Your satisfaction is the most important thing to me, please contact me if you have any issues at all with your order.

Some made-to-order items may be returnable minus a production fee, see below:

Made to order non-diamond rings: $125- $200 return fee (depending on gold weight)

Custom, and made-to-order solitaire diamond rings: $250 min return fee

Custom Diamond rings with accent diamonds: $300 min return fee

Custom Diamond rings with diamond pavé: $395 min return fee.

All returns are evaluated on a case by case basis. 

If you would like to request a return, you must notify me 3 days after receipt. Contact me for instructions, and approval to return. Once you have been given authorization for a return, all packages must be postmarked within 7 days. Shipping costs are not refundable. After the item is received by the buyer, and 3 days have passed, the sale is not eligible for a return.

Tungsten Bands

All Tungsten men's rings are fully returnable and exchangeable. Return must be requested within 5 days of delivery, and shipped within 7 days. pre-paid return label provided. Shipping costs are not refundable. Even if your shipping was provided "free" there is still cost to ship provided by mossNstone, and shipping costs will be deducted from your return. (usually $25-$45 total) for domestic orders. 

Tungsten is a very popular new metal, that is durable and lower cost than solid 14k gold. However one drawback to tungsten rings is they cannot be re-sized. If you find you need a re-size in the future, I would be happy to offer to recycle your ring and make a new one at a discounted cost.

Reserving a stone / deposits

You may ask to put down a deposit to reserve a certain stone or diamond where the options are uniquely lettered or numbered. The deposit amount is subject to the discretion of the shop owner. In the case that you change your mind about moving forward with the piece, your deposit is refundable within 2 days, after 2 days only 50% of your deposit will be refunded in the case that you change your mind after 7 days, your deposit it is not refundable. Please know, this policy is in place because these stones or diamonds are completely one of a kind, and I am taking your selection off the market and potentially losing the opportunity to set this stone of another buyer while it is being reserved for you. This is a benefit I offer, if you know for sure you want to reserve a stone, but are not quite ready to purchase. 

Your full deposit will be credited towards the cost of the piece. If you need longer than 4 weeks to pay 50% the remaining cost, only 50% of your deposit will be credited toward the cost. This is so I can move through my pieces on a timely manner, and not have lingering payments for long periods of time. Thank you for your understanding, and I am pleased to offer this as an option to my customers :)
